7-Day Return & Replacement Policy
At Piematrix we truly appreciate your trust in us and aim to deliver the best quality products with every order. While we do not offer returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects, we do have a simple and fair policy in place for items that may arrive damaged or broken.

• Returns and exchanges are only applicable in the case of damaged or broken products received upon delivery.
• In such cases, we are happy to offer a replacement or Upgrade of any higher product. Refunds are not applicable.
• Our return and exchange window is valid for 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
• To help us process your request smoothly, an unboxing video is required. This video should clearly show the package being opened for the first time and any visible damage to the product.
We kindly request all our customers to record an unboxing video as soon as they receive their package. This small step helps us assist you quickly in case of any issues.
